This is a BSA camp and we will have the entire camp to our stake. Being a BSA camp, it allows us to do many activities that they have onsite or near the camp. Some of our activities will include:
- Hiking
- Rifle and shotgun shooting
- Archery
- Lake activities
- Fishing
- Wilderness survival
- Many more
The camp provides us with much of the equipment, including canvas tents and cots, so no excuse for those that don’t enjoy camping!
Our theme will follow the youth theme for the year, “Look unto me in every thought; doubt not, fear not” (D&C 6:36). Our focus will be on looking unto Christ as holders of the Lord’s priesthood. This will be accomplished through the many activities and with multiple opportunities to share testimony and share experiences with one another.
