We are looking forward to the youth gathering on April 19 from 4:45-6:45pm at Peninsula Family Skating Center. All youth– including those who will be turning 12 in 2025– are invited to come.
Two completed and signed forms are REQUIRED for this event.

Fill this out online– once complete it will provide/email a QR code as proof of a completed form. Please send this QR confirmation to your ward/branch youth leader or bring proof directly to the activity

Fill this out and give a hard copy of the completed and signed form to your ward/branch leader or bring it straight to the activity on January 11th.
If you do not have both waivers filled out you will not be allowed to skate.
Youth are welcome to bring friends to the activity. Youth and their friends will be given skates first. Once all youth have skates youth leaders can request to skate provided we have enough tickets for skate rentals. Personal roller skates from home are allowed, but staff members from Peninsula Family Skating Center have the final say if they are allowed on the skating floor.
